Italian Bread Crumbs

For about the last year, I have been making my own bread crumbs with the heals of unused loaves of bread or any other dried out bread.  I had quite a big stash of dried bread, so it was time to make the bread crumbs with my food processor.  (I ended up with over 14 cups, when all was said and done.)


Ingredients:

4 cups plain bread crumbs
1 tbs garlic salt
2 tbs Italian seasoning
1 tbs garlic powder

Mix completely and store in an airtight container.  Use in any recipe calling for bread crumbs.
